Dear Mr. Wong, It's so good to have read your letter here. I can feel your 'loneliness' and it's been a very good reminder for us here, especially when we are being buried by the 'endless' work. You are right, we need mutual support, which unfortunately, sometimes could be some sort of 'luxury' here. Whereas it should not have been like that anyway. Don't you think so? Recently, the colleagues tend to reach a kind of 'consensus' coincidentally, i.e. we are aching for space for nourishing both our mental and physical well-being. Isn't this something universally applicable to all mankinds? Anyway, that's good news that at least we haven't yielded to give up our mission. That's been always encouraging to know that our colleagues are still trying their best to care about the students and do the job, but that could be equally heartbreaking to feel the 'smell' of being burnt out. For me, I know that is God's grace to give me a chance to get in touch with the students. You know, nothing should be ever taken for granted, though we tend to repeat the same old mistake. You are right, we sometimes just forget that what we are complaining about could be a dream of somebody else. It'd better to be grateful about what we have than to victimize ourselves, right? But, it doesn't mean that we'll give up to seek for better ways of existence. Ha-ha! That's me! A bit too idealistic, isn't it silly? That's why we really need to count on Him. Actually, I was moved when I knew that you have been always praying for us. Of course, a bit ashamed, too. Hope you'll enjoy your life in the U.K., as well as the 'space' there. Envy you! Hei-hei! Wish you and your family happy happy time. Iris Cheung |

To: info@scc.edu.hk From: "Wong Kai-wing" Subject: Frequent visitor Date: Mon, 13 Mar 2000 13:05:44 GMT Dear Brothers & Sisters, I am a frequent visitor of the website. I want to know more about my beloved school. Unfortunately, every visit gives me a sense of "down" feeling. I hope someone can update the news. I am not adding pressure on someone. Anyway, it's a great job. May God bless you all in His service. How's about your staff prayer meetings? Don't forget, here I am longing for prayer partners, how pity I am!!! Why do you not satisfy with your present situation with many of brothers and sisters nearby? Our students need support, our staff needs support, our Principal needs support. DO PRAY FOR EACH OTHER, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. BBUUTT III AAMM! I am busy as a supply teacher. Mr. Lam, have you got the planners of UK schools from Mr Chung? Do they help? Bye! See you later!
